Commercial

Commercial architecture plays a crucial role in shaping the urban landscape, with its designs blending functionality and aesthetics to create spaces that accommodate business activities while making a statement. From sleek, modern tenant improvements to charming, historic storefronts, commercial architecture reflects the innovative spirit of a city.

South Coast Hwy Redevelopment

This mixed use redevelopment incorporates multiple small specialty retail spaces on the ground floor with private residential units above. The site is located in the heart of Encinitas, CA in the downtown main street corridor on the corner of S Coast Hwy 101 and F Street. Through various building articulations and enhanced building materials this design hopes to further improve the quality and needs of the active pedestrian thoroughfare present in this unique coastal city.

Tenant design build

As part of the design build team we assisted the owner and contractor in completing the construction of the new building shell. Through our construction support services we gained an understanding of the building's unique infrastructure and have applied this knowledge to the creation of 21 tenant spaces. Our current role is to work with the tenant to design and process permits for their future space. NBC Sports, Mitsubishi, St Archer Brewery, New American Funding and many other corporate offices now call Quail Garden Corporate Center their home.
